Fire breaks out along HDB corridor

STOMPer Rosalind sent in these pictures of a fire, which broke out at Bukit Batok East Avenue 4 Block 271, around 5 pm yesterday(17 Sept). STOMP contacted the SCDF today for more comments. The SCDF spokesperson said: "We received a call at 1711 hours yesterday. "Two fire engines, one support vehicle and an ambulance were despatched immediately. "No one was injured. "The fire broke out along the corridor and involved items such as a shoe rack and some clothes on a bamboo pole. "The fire was put out in approximately 5 minutes."

aiyo...earlier on i have post abt the fire..luckily is only corridor cos what i heard is whole house..must be those kids playing with fire...
